2020 Budget review: ambitious expenditure reductions and some tax relief

Risk to the currency is rising, and the rand is moving closer towards our target level. Sure, the 2020 Budget is a key event, but we’re less concerned about its short-term impact on the currency than the probable negative effect of escalating global threats.
