Hi we are administering the deceased estate of one of your clients, the deceased has an investment at nedbank as well as a current account. We have sent through the necessary documentation during December 2020 already. we are not getting any response from anyone at deceased department. i was at the greenacres branch today for some assistance but wasted my time. stood in a line for almost an hour-but was told they also have no access to the deceased department , they just send emails. this is unacceptable.

The land is not working, and the family of the deceased is dependent on those monies, the wife of the deceased is not working.

    Please we need help here.
