Riedwaan has over 25 years' experience in insurance and healthcare. He spent 15 years at Discovery Health and then co-founded PPO Service, which is shared service hub for clinicians. At Healthforce, he led business development, analytics, and experience. He then held funder and product development roles at Life Healthcare from 2020 and became an executive of Funders, Analytics and Product Disruption in 2021 before his current appointment in April 2024.

Ronald is a medical doctor with an MBA and has extensive clinical and commercial healthcare experience. Over the past 4 years he has been integral to Discovery Health's strategy, operations, scheme risk management, and ancillary healthcare services. He also spearheaded Discovery Health's Covid-19 response, collaborating closely with B4SA and the National Department of Health in the national vaccination project. Before his appointment as CEO, he served as Deputy CEO of Discovery Health.

Personally, he has a wealth of experience in and knowledge of the pathology industry, having qualified as a pathologist. He now serves as CEO of Ampath and plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of pathology in South Africa.

Augusta has 40 years of experience in public, not-for-profit, and private healthcare organisations and served on boards and in senior leadership roles for the past 35 years. She is an author and practising academic and her work in both the professional and social responsibility spheres has been recognised internationally. Augusta is also widely recognised as one of Africa’s most influential women in healthcare and a positive role model. She is currently the Managing Partner of a Boutique Healthcare Consultancy, which takes good hospitals and makes them great. On a personal note, she is married to her soulmate, and they love travelling together. They have travelled to 100 countries worldwide and are planning on increasing that number. Augusta loves speaking with people and writing about her experiences, particularly in healthcare.

Tanya is a seasoned convenor and solutions facilitator, working at the intersection between the government and private sector. She is the CEO of Cogent Advisory, and Senior Adviser to the Public Private Growth Initiative – an intervention aimed at unlocking priority inhibitors for sectors. As part of this work, she has led the multi-stakeholder steering committee to identify the nurses training gap for South Africa.

Tanya is former Chief Executive of BUSA, and previously served as the Chairperson of the Commission for Conciliation Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) Governing Body, and as a Commissioner of Employment Equity. She is an attorney by profession, and holds a BA, LLB, LLM (Laws) from the University of Witwatersrand. She currently serves as a Commissioner in the National Planning Commission
