Nedbank CIB and China Systems’ pioneering collaboration

China Systems (CS), a global leading trade and supply chain finance (SCF) software provider, and Nedbank CIB, one of South Africa’s premier financial institutions, are proud to announce the deployment of a cutting-edge SCF solution using CS’s Eximbills Microservices.

This innovative cloud-based Microservices solution is a first for Africa and is set to transform supply chain financing in the region.

The collaboration between CS and Nedbank CIB leverages the advanced capabilities of Eximbills Microservices and brings a flexible SCF solution designed to meet the evolving needs of modern API-based financial and technical ecosystems.

This new SCF product aims to enhance efficiency and improve the integration of key systems and security of supply chain transactions, driving significant value for businesses engaged in domestic and international trade.

Automation and trade in financial institutions

One of the key benefits of the CS SCF solution is the seamless automation of supply chain financing processes, augmenting existing trade finance modules in for traditional trade products.

The design can also rapidly adapt to the changing needs of business, supports easy integration with downstream Nedbank CIB systems, and provides scalability that enables the bank to address its growth aspirations dynamically.
